We’ll even handle the finishing touches, like custom railings—plus we provide any and every kind of railing material you could possibly need. And if you’d like something more personalized than a standard deck? No problem! We have plenty of options for custom patterns.

Home & Garage Additions

Sawtell Carpentry specializes in construction management. We’ve got the training and experience to handle all aspects of home construction, whether you’ve got a timber frame, kit, log, SIP or traditionally framed structure. We’re able to provide an outstanding product to any client that needs it; if you want a high-efficiency home or a solar panel for your barn, we work with the client to determine the best solution for what their needs are. We also help our clients visualize the final product, so they know exactly how their final home will look and feel once it’s complete.

Off Grid

Sawtell carpentry has been working with off grid projects for many years. We work with subcontractors with the skills necessary to accomplish the task. Our electrical subcontractors connect photovoltaic panels and install off-grid power supply. We work with other subcontractors in remote Northeast woods and no vehicle access sites. Our carpenters can handle any material. Our framing carpenters build custom kit timber frames, platforms, roofs and inside finishes.
